For all the courses with laboratory practical, you must take the "Laboratory Safety Training" as stated by the lecturer before you start the laboratory practical. Following the training, you are required to print out the attached form, fill in the related parts and sign it and submit it to the instructor or research assistant. This requirement is only for those who take Laboratory Safety Training. Students who do not fulfill this requirement are not allowed to admit to the laboratory practical.
